Welcome to the updated version of MQtv, the multimedia site for Macquarie University.
It contains videoed interviews with academics and researchers ranging across a variety of interesting topics. There’s also a podcast section where you can access interviews on subjects such as tips how to write a novel and how musicians can generate publicity for their acts. You can listen to these on your computer, or download them for listening when you please.
Launched in October 2006, the site contains numerous videos in which Macquarie academics/researchers discuss issues ranging from ancient history, lasers, postmodernism and gender to the history wars, innovation, animal behaviour and cognitive science; and audio podcasts ranging from the history of sexuality, mindfulness meditation, animal behaviour and European languages to ancient Rome, cyber law, and the history of early Christianity.
We welcome your feedback. For comments, suggestions and ideas about MQtv please contact us at mqtv@mq.edu.au
